BEEF PEPPER ROAST
Beef is a favorite dish of non-vegetarians. Everybody empties the pot when the beef gets hot on good heat. If you prepare a nice hot beef pepper roast
Ingredients
Beef - half a kilo
Coconut - half a cup
Onions - 3 finely chopped
Green chillies - 2 shredded
Tomatoes - 1 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste - four tbsp
Pepper powder - three tbsp
Turmeric powder - half a teaspoon
Garam masala- 3 tsp
Lemon juice / vinegar- 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 ½ tsp
Cashmere chili powder - 1 tsp
Salt
Coconut oil
Mustard
Curry leaves
How to prepare
Beef Wash well, add 2 tbsp garlic paste, 2 tsp pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, lemon juice, leave for 3 hours, then add a quarter cup of water and bring to a boil.Heat oil in a pan and chop the mustard and curry leaves. When the coconut starts to change color, add onion, green chillies, remaining ginger and garlic paste, then tomatoes, then add the remaining pepper powder, garam masala, coriander powder and chilli powder. Beef Roast Ready.
