Special beef pepper fry
Ingredients
Beef - one kilogram
Mustard - a teaspoon
Ginger - a piece
Green chillies - five
Onion - 2
Tomatoes - 2
Curry leaves - 2 tbsp
Pepper - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 20 cloves
Coriander leaves, coconut oil - to taste
How to prepare
Add salt and turmeric powder and cook the beef first. Prepare sliced garlic, thinly sliced onion, finely chopped green chillies,
finely chopped ginger and sliced tomatoes. Pour enough oil into a bowl over low heat.When the oil is hot, crack the mustard. Then add onion and stir. Next add the garlic and green chillies. Stir well and add the ginger. When the onion and other ingredients are well browned, add the tomatoes.
Fry the tomatoes well and add the pepper powder when the broth starts to come down.Stir it well and add. Once the green flavor of the pepper has changed, add the beef. Stir well with the beef simmer. Stir well for 3-4 minutes. Be careful not to overdo it.
Then add curry leaves and coriander leaves and remove from the oven after 2 minutes
