CHICKEN ROAST


kerala style chicken roast


The main ingredient

750 g chopped chicken

For important resources

4 chopped onions

4 tablespoons chopped pepper

1 cup enough curry leaves

Vinegar enough for 1 tbsp

3 tablespoons ginger enough

3 tablespoons garlic as needed

5 tablespoons refined oil as needed


Step 1: Step 1 -

Fry the onion In a saucepan, add a little oil and curry leaves. Then add chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes. Add vinegar, garlic and ginger and fry for another 2-3 minutes.


Step 2: Step 2 - Boil the chicken

Add chicken and crushed chillies, add a little water and cook for 8-10 minutes. Add more water and mix all the ingredients well.Cook it until the chicken is tender.


Step 3: Step 3 - Now add a little ghee

Add a little ghee or butter to soften the chicken and enhance the taste


Step 4: Step 4 - Can be taken with any meal.

Serve this delicious dish hot with any dish you like.
