Simple Chicken Recipes

1) BBQ Chicken Wings



ingredients


1/2 kg chicken wings

For the spice

1 1/2 tsp garlic paste

1 tbsp ginger paste

1 tbsp chili powder

Enough salt

2 tablespoons cornstarch

For important resources

2 tbsp barbecue sauce

4 tbsp tomato ketchup

4 tbsp brown sugar


STEP 1 :

Heat a pan and pour in the oil. Now add the marinated chicken wings and fry till golden brown. You can transfer it to a bowl.


STEP 2:

To prepare the barbecue sauce, heat another pan and add 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp chilli powder, salt, 2-3 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp barbecue sauce and 3 tbsp tomato sauce and mix well.


Step 3:

Add a little water and stir until the sauce thickens.


Step 4:

Add the fried chicken wings to the sauce and mix well. The sauce should stick well on all sides of the chicken wings. Cook it over medium heat for another 4-5 minutes. The sauce should be well drained.


Step 5:

Barbecue chicken wings are ready. It can be eaten hot.


2) Spicy Chicken Manchurian



Chicken can be made in many flavors. If you like Chinese, give this chicken manchurian a try.Everyone will love this dish which is a little sweet and spicy.


Ingredients


Boneless chicken-loaf or

capsicum-1

cupflour-1 cup

egg-2

soy sauce-3 tbsp

tomato sauce-2 tbsp

ginger-garlic paste-1 tbsp

green chillies-6 tbsp

garlic all-6

ginger-one slice

Celery-a stalk

ajinomoto-half a teaspoon

Oil

salt


Wash and clean the chicken. Beat eggs and beat well. Finely chop the garlic and ginger.

Take cornflour in a bowl. Add egg, 2 green chillies, ginger-garlic paste and salt.

Add a little hot water if required.Heat oil in a pan. Dip chicken pieces in prepared flour and fry. Heat a little oil in another pan.

Add chopped garlic and ginger and bring to a boil.

Then add green chillies. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and ajinomot.Add chicken pieces and bring to a boil.

Add a little water. Celery can be added when the hot water dries as well as it should.

Chicken Manchurian ready.


3)Fried Chicken Broast

First the chicken pieces should be thoroughly washed and cleaned.

Then put in a bowl, add tomato sauce, soy sauce, chilli sauce, ginger, garlic paste, pepper powder, salt and water and bake for 10 minutes, turning off when the chicken is three-quarters cooked.

In another bowl, add flour, salt, pepper, turmeric powder, beaten egg and water and mix well. Then put a frying pan in the oven, pour the required amount of oil for frying, take out the chicken pieces, dip them in flour, put them in a pan and fry till they turn golden brown.

Ingredients


Chicken-1/2 kg

rice powder -5 tbsp

flour -5 tbsp

cornflour -43 tbsp

egg-2

mor-1 cup

ginger-garlic paste-21 tsp

pepper powder-2 tsp

soy sauce-2 tsp

vinegar-2 tsp


salted bread crumbs in a clean bowl. Cut into pieces.

Put the juice in it and leave it for 10 minutes. Then add ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce and vinegar and leave for 1 hour.

After one hour, mix the cornflour, flour, rice powder, pepper powder and salt and add the chicken pieces. Beat eggs and mix well.

Dip chicken pieces one by one in egg, then add bread crumbs and fry in vegetable oil.

Chicken popcorn is ready.


6) Schezwan Chicken Lollipop

1/2 kg chicken leg

1 egg

Chili sauce as needed

1 cup spring onion

Shezwan sauce as needed

Red chilli sauce as needed

2 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp garlic paste

Ginger as needed

Enough salt

Enough flour

Enough rice

1 tablespoon cornstarch

Add enough chopped garlic

Green chillies as needed

To bring down Refined oil as needed


Step 1:

Put the chicken lollipop in a bowl.

Add ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, chilli powder and sesame sauce, stir and leave for a few hours


Step 2:

Add the eggs and cornflour to the marinated chicken lollipop and stir. Add rice powder and flour and mix well.


Step 3:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the schezwan lollipops well.


Step 4:

Heat a little oil in another pan and add the chopped garlic. You can also add green chillies and spring onion to it.

Add green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce and schezwan sauce and mix well. Add a the little water and bring to the simmer.

You can mix it with water mixed with cornflour to make it well absorbed.


Step 5:

Prepared lollipops can be added to this sauce. Toss it well. The sauce should stick well on all sides of the chicken.

It can be served as a starter.
