MUSHROOM BUTTER MASALA

The main ingredient

200 g mushrooms

2 onions

1 tbsp fennel

1 tbsp fenugreek leaves

2 tablespoons butter

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Tomato puree as needed

Enough salt

1 cup fresh cream

Garlic paste as needed

Ginger as needed

Coriander powder as needed

Garam masala powder as required

Enough turmeric

Chili powder as needed


Step 1:

Heat a pan and add butter to it. You can add cumin to this.Add the remaining onion and fry till the color changes. Add a little bit of it and fry again for a couple of minutes.


Step 2:

Add one and a half teaspoon of ginger paste, two teaspoons of garlic paste, half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of garam masala, Chilli powder and coriander powder.Now add the prepared tomato puree and fry till the oil separates.


Step 3:

Add a little water. Now let's add the mushroom. Be careful not to spill too much water. This is because the water in the mushroom is enough for it to mature.Add chopped coriander leaves, mix well and cook for a while.


Step 4:

After adding the fresh cream, the kasuri methi can be finely chopped by hand. Stir again and cook for a while.Delicious Butter Mushroom Masala is ready. It can be eaten with chorizo ​​or with chapati and bread
