Any fish - half kg
Coconut- half
Onions - 5 finely chopped
Green coriander powder - a teaspoon
Grated pepper - 10 nos
Turmeric powder - a pinch
Curry leaves - enough
pot tamarind - four
How to prepare
Pour coconut oil in a pan and add coconut, small onion, coriander, grated chilli, turmeric powder and curry leaves and fry till red. Then fry well. Put the pan in the oven, remove from the heat and add salt, green chillies and chopped ginger.When it boils well, add four pot tamarind and add the fish pieces. Do not stir. Shake the pan with both hands. Cover well and cook for 15 minutes. Add enough curry leaves before unloading
