PRAWNS ROAST


The main ingredient

125 g prawns

For important resources

1 tbsp pepper

2 tbsp sour cream

1 tbsp fennel

1 tbsp coriander

1 tbsp fenugreek

1 tbsp cumin

5 red chillies

4 cloves garlic

1 onion

Not enough curry leaves

Enough salt

To bring down

2 tablespoons ghee

How to make: Shrimp Roast ...


Step 1:

Heat a pan and pour oil over it and add fennel, coriander, cumin, fenugreek, pepper, red chillies and garlic and saut for about 4 minutes.


Step 2:

Allow it to cool. Then add a little sour water and fry it well. Pour a little ghee into the same pan in which the spices are fried,

add curry leaves and chopped onion and fry well.


Step 3:

Once the onion is well cooked, you can add the prepared masala paste to it. Stir all this well and cook. Now add the previously cleaned prawns.

Add a little lemon juice and mix everything well. The masala should hold well in the shrimp.


Step 4:

Now close the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes. Shrimp should be well cooked.


Step 5:

Shrimp Roast is ready. It can be garnished with coriander leaves and served
